The Resolution Process for Plan Members


  • Should you have concerns or questions about your account activity, contact Customer Care. The Customer Care team is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
  • The Customer Care team will triage the inquiry and create a resolution case.
  • The plan member is then assigned a resolution specialist who will manage the case, and the resolution specialist's contact information is provided to the plan member. 
  • To resolve most cases, ID Watchdog/Equifax requires a limited Power of Attorney that allows the specialist to work on the member's behalf with credit bureaus, financial institutions, and other entities as needed.
  • ID Watchdog/Equifax utilizes Adobe for secure exchange of the Limited Power of Attorney and other related documentation requests.  The plan member will receive emails from Adobe in order to proceed with resolution.
